This statement covers our website www.newwaywork.nl, run by MediaTuig B.V., trading as New Way Work. Our client portal My NWW, the editor chat, our booking page and the websites we link to are separate applications and are not covered by this statement.

1. Our aim

We want everyone to be able to use our website, including people who use a screen reader, navigate with a keyboard, enlarge text or rely on captions. Our target is level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. This is a target, not a claim: we do not claim that the website fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 level AA today.

2. What we do

• Readable text. We use clear typefaces and text sizes, and we structure our pages with headings.

• Contrast. We choose colour combinations with sufficient contrast for body text.

• Keyboard use. Our goal is that you can use all navigation, links and buttons with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.

• Alternative text. We add alternative text to informative images where possible.

• Motion. Our goal is that animations respect the reduced-motion setting on your device.

3. Known limitations

We know of the following possible issues. We have not yet checked all of them in detail. We list them so that you know what to expect.

• Case thumbnails. Some thumbnails of our case videos contain text as part of the image, such as a title. A screen reader cannot read that text unless it is repeated in the alternative text, and it cannot be adjusted like normal text.

• Header video. Moving content can distract people who are sensitive to motion. If it prevents you from using this site, tell us which page and device you use so that we can help you access the information and investigate the control.

• Text over images. Headings placed over photos or video may have lower contrast, depending on the image behind them.

• Embedded videos. Case videos on the website may not have captions or a transcript. They are client work, so adding captions may require the client’s permission.

• Interactive components. The calculator and any forms are interactive components. They may not yet work fully with a keyboard or a screen reader, for example in how labels, focus and results are announced.

4. Tell us about a problem

If something on our website does not work for you, or you need information in another format, email info@newwaywork.nl. Please tell us:

• which page it concerns (the web address);

• what went wrong or what you need;

• if you like, which device, browser or assistive technology you use.

We will reply and help where we can, for example by sending the information you need as plain text by email or by explaining our plans and prices in a call. When a report shows a problem on the website, we use it to improve the site.

5. Reviewing this statement

We review this statement when we make significant changes to the website, and we update the date at the top when we do.
