Your mission is to bridge the gap between complex client briefings and elite technical execution, leading teams of junior/medior editors while personally tackling the highest-tier commercial projects.
Your Impact
Lead the creative direction for high-end commercials, mini-documentaries, and brand films.
Mentor junior/medior editors, ensuring all hub output meets the "NWW Quality Standard."
Master complex After Effects workflows, including high-end motion graphics and tracking.
Directly manage the communication pipeline with agency founders and creative directors in the Netherlands.
Optimize internal post-production workflows and AI-integration tools.

5+ years of experience in a lead role within a production house or top-tier agency.
A portfolio that proves mastery of pacing, emotional arcs, and cinematic storytelling.
Expert-level mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
Near-native English proficiency with the ability to explain creative decisions clearly.
A proactive leadership mindset: you solve problems before they reach the client.
