The Mission
As a Medior Video Editor at New Way Work, you are the technical engine for our European agency partners. You don't just cut clips; you translate their creative vision into high-impact narratives. You'll be part of an elite team in our Mataram Hub, working on top-tier global campaigns.
What you will do
Transform raw footage into polished, high-converting social and commercial content.
Take ownership of color grading, sound design, and basic motion graphics.
Collaborate directly with Dutch and International agency owners via Mattermost.
Utilize NWW's AI-workflow tools to align with European dialogue and dialect.
What you bring
3+ years of professional editing experience in an agency or production setting.
Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a huge plus).
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
A "Story-First" mindset: you understand pacing and emotional arcs.
