As a Junior Video Editor at New Way Work, you are the high-speed engine of our production line. Your focus is on mastering the art of "Always-on Content." You will work closely with Senior Leads to transform raw footage into addictive social media assets for Europe's leading agencies. This is the ultimate playground to build your professional portfolio while learning the European standard of storytelling.
What you will do
Create high-energy Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts that stop the scroll.
Apply strakke storytelling to aftermovies and event recaps.
Organize and ingest massive amounts of data following our internal proxy-workflow.
Implement client feedback with speed and precision, maintaining brand consistency.
Collaborate with AI tools to ensure subtitles and dialogue nuances are 100% correct.
What you bring
0-2 years of experience (Portfolio matters more than your degree).
Solid foundation in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Obsessed with social media trends: you know what music and pacing works right now.
Communication-ready English skills. You’re not afraid to ask questions.
