We analyze technical proficiency, aesthetic style, and previous client experience. Only candidates with a proven track record in commercial or social storytelling move forward.

The Vibe Meeting

Pass the test, and we’ll meet to discuss salary, relocation, and mutual expectations.

You're Hired

If a client selects your work, you get the job. We start with a 3-month contract, with extensions based on performance.
